HDPE geomembrane (anti-seepage membrane) is the most widely used impermeable liner in landfill, reservoir, tailings pond, artificial lake, canal and aquaculture projects. Our factory produces smooth, single-textured and double-textured HDPE geomembrane from virgin high-density polyethylene, certified to GB/T 17643, with batch test reports traceable to every roll delivered.

How to Choose Thickness
- 0.5–0.75mm: fish ponds, small reservoirs, general water storage
- 0.5–1.0mm: canals, artificial lakes, landscape water bodies
- 1.5mm: municipal solid waste landfill base lining (GB16889 requirement)
- 1.5–2.0mm: tailings ponds, leachate storage, high-head reservoirs
- 2.0–2.5mm: hazardous waste landfill (double liner), aggressive chemical conditions
Smooth or Textured?
Textured (rough) geomembrane has a higher surface friction coefficient, preventing liner slippage on slopes steeper than about 1:2.5 — use it on dam slopes and landfill side slopes. Smooth geomembrane is cheaper and easier to weld, ideal for flat bases. Large tailings ponds often combine both: textured on slopes, smooth on the base.

We provide installation guidance with every order: welding parameters (typical dual-track hot wedge welding 200–240°C), overlap requirements (≥100mm), air-pressure testing of weld seams (0.15–0.25 MPa), anchor trench design and repair procedures.
